Our Team

Dr. Verrier has been Chief Executive Officer since January 2008 when he acquired the company with a USA based partner. From July 1999 to December 2007 he was a member of the board with Anderman & Company whilst running the Ceramics business in the company, becoming Managing Director in December 2001.

Between 1991 and 1999 he was responsible for various activities within the company whilst focussing on creating a leading ceramic sourcing business.

Dr Verrier has held positions of increasing responsibility since joining the Company in 1991 in a technical sales role. Prior to joining Anderman he held positions in product and process development of ceramic materials with Unitec Ceramics, UK. He holds a doctorate in Chemical Engineering(Birmingham University, UK) and degree in Minerals Processing (University College Cardiff, UK) as well as an MBA from Aston Business School, UK.

Gary started at Anderman & Company in April 2009, joining the company as Area Sales Manager. Since taking on the role he has been instrumental in driving the growth of the US business, achieving a fivefold increase since 2018, while aligning the UK and US business units in their commercial strategy. His global role provides the opportunity to travel extensively, engaging with customers and supporting manufacturing partners around the world.

Gary is committed to partnering with clients to drive their growth and takes a consultative approach to each collaboration, ensuring that solutions are tailored to meet their specific needs and goals.

Gary is an MBA graduate from Aston Business School and brings extensive experience in commercial strategy and business growth. As a former professional football player, Gary’s sporting background continues to play a key role in his life and helps him maintain his commitment to high-level performance in his business endeavours. He is passionate about both his professional and athletic pursuits, being a competitive athlete in the sport of Hyrox, where he has qualified for the World Championships in Chicago, Manchester, and Nice.

Away from work, Gary is a dedicated family man, actively involved in the activities of his two boys, aged 11 and 4, alongside his wife.

Harvey is a Senior Executive and Chartered Surveyor with over 25 years operational delivery and business development experience in the Energy, Construction, Telecommunications, Facilities and Asset Management sectors.

Prior to joining Anderman & Company, Harvey held senior management positions within Carillion PLC, Vinci Energies (UK) and Babcock International. Harvey has just completed a strategic review of the Group’s operations in the Power sector and will be taking responsibility for the Anderman Power businesses in the UK & France. Prior to this Harvey was a Non-Executive Director of the Group having been appointed to the Board in June 2014.

Albert A. Cicchetti is an attorney and Managing Partner of the firm of Little & Cicchetti, in Burlington, Vermont where his practice emphasizes business, commercial, and tax planning.

He received his undergraduate degree from St. Lawrence University, and earned his law degree at Pace University School of Law, where he was a member of the Board of Editors of the Pace Law Review.

Albert is admitted to practice in the states of New York and Vermont, as well as the federal courts of the Second Circuit. He served as General Counsel at Superior Technical Ceramics Corporation in St. Albans, Vermont, and is the past Chairman of the Burlington Development Review Board. He was a member of the Burlington Zoning Commission and the Burlington Task Force on Taxation. He has served as Chairman of the Vermont Discover Jazz Festival, President and Member of the Board of Directors of the Ethan Allen Club, and as Treasurer of the Episcopal Diocese of Vermont. He recently completed two terms as Trustee of the Dioceses of Vermont, and has also served on the Board of Trustees of Rock Point School.

Richard Feeser attended and graduated from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and received his Bachelors Degree in Ceramic Engineering. Richard started his employment career in 1973 at Locke Insulator until he was hired by Superior Technical Ceramics, where in 2009 he became President.

Richard serves on several boards and also a member and works closely with:

• Support to Vermont Chamber of Commerce to Vermont Futures (a program for Economic Growth)
• The local & College programs that support the STEM initiative (Science, Technology, Engineering, Math)

Ralph Risk, founder of R.R. Marketing, brings over 25 years’ experience helping businesses unlock their potential through strategic marketing and communication. Specialising as a fractional CMO, he focuses on creating strategies that deliver measurable results and drive growth.

With experience across both large enterprises and smaller organisations, including Kantar, ORC International, Canon, and MMS Marketing, Ralph has the expertise to develop marketing strategies that resonate with diverse audiences.

At Anderman & Company, he is refining the marketing strategy with a focus on strategic communication and brand positioning, ensuring that both internal and external communications deliver clear value to customers, build lasting relationships, and expand industry reach.

Chris is an experienced CFO with a proven track record in driving growth across engineering, automotive, food and drink, professional services, and start-up sectors. He has managed profit responsibility in multiple international markets, developed overseas operations in 10 countries, and overseen large-scale importation and distribution businesses in the UK.

He has supported SMEs with expansion, operational improvements, and strategic growth, introducing innovative distribution and IT solutions for fast-growing companies. Experienced in corporate transactions, Chris works closely with senior management to align objectives, optimise performance, and guide businesses through growth and exit strategies.

Steve Warnock is an experienced business consultant, leveraging years of senior executive experience across finance, sales, and operations to help organisations grow in a structured, profitable, and sustainable way.

At Anderman & Company, Steve provides strategic business guidance, supporting senior leadership in decision-making, operational efficiency, and growth initiatives.

His leadership experience includes roles as Managing Director UK at Swegon Group, Group Managing Director at Coolmation Group, and Senior Director at Norland Managed Services.
